Condition:  Very good, wear consistent with age and use.  One chip at underside of glass table - it has been filled and sanded to minimize appearance.  Glass is in otherwise in nearly new condition with very few, light surface scratches.  Leather has been conditioned and polished and shows minimal signs of wear on underside and corners, embossed logo.  Frame shows some surface scratches.
